Morning Tally works best where customers call to order, ask for a price or book a job, and the sale is recorded in an ERP, CRM or job system afterward.

What these businesses have in common
Customers pick up the phone to buy. They call to check stock, get a rate, reserve a machine or book an inspection, and a rep gives a price on the call. The order, load, contract or job shows up later in a system the phone can’t see. Morning Tally connects the two, so the person running the phones can see each morning which calls made money and which ones need a call back.
The reports are priced for teams with up to 30 people on the phones: $395 a month for up to 5, $595 for 6 to 15 and $795 for 16 to 30.
Who we don’t work with
We don’t take on healthcare providers, law firms, insurance agencies, or banks, lenders and other financial businesses. Calls in those fields carry privacy and record-keeping rules that call for a different kind of service.
Common questions
Our industry isn’t listed. Can we still use it?
Probably, if your customers call to buy and the sale shows up in a system you can export from. Email [email protected] and tell us how a sale happens at your company.
Do we need a certain number of reps?
No. One person on the phones is enough. The smallest plan covers up to 5.
